Hello and welcome to the video. Today I’ll be looking at the CableCreation headphone jack adapter for smartphones that don’t have one. Oddly enough, I’m showing you a phone with a headphone jack, but it makes my point clear — my current phone, an S22 Ultra, doesn’t have one. So you need to do this, and wow, now you have a headphone jack. Plug this in here, and boom.

What I like about this one in particular, and why I got it, is that it has charging pass-through. Things haven’t always been sunshine and roses though. I’ve had cases where — I don’t know if it’s the phone or the adapter that’s the problem — it kind of stops working suddenly and I have to plug it back in to get it going again. That’s a bit of a problem if I’m driving and plugging into an old car. Not great there.

Other than that it’s been fine. It’s great on long-haul flights. I use my noise-cancelling buds most of the time, but if they die and I need to charge them because the flight is longer than the battery life, I’ll pop these in and switch over to wired. So these are great, I really like them. If you see this, pick it up. Like the video, subscribe, do all that. See you in the next one. Bye.
