Hey all, today we’re looking at these. These are not headphones — these are just ear muffs. These are the kind of thing you’d wear if you’re mowing a lawn, if you wanted some hearing protection. I bought them for a particular reason: I work in an open office and I think it’s too noisy. I did have a pair of over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones, but they went missing. I do have earbuds, so I thought, hey, maybe I could combine this with my in-ear earbuds — pop my buds on and then put these over the top.

They do the job. I’ll take a quick look at these. They’re adjustable, so you can size them to fit, just like that. They’ve got a nice cushion up here, which is pretty good. The inside feels okay — there is a bit of hard plastic, so keep that in mind — but they’re reasonably comfortable. They do do the job and they’re really affordable. A lot more affordable than going out and buying another pair of noise cancelling headphones that I only use in the office, when I already have buds I carry with me every day.

Why don’t I show you what I look like with them on? Welcome to my desk. Now it’s time to show you these ear muffs in action. What I like to do is pop in some earbuds first, just like this — I can listen to my music and there’s noise cancellation — and then to really isolate myself, I pop on these ear muffs. They just sit on there like this. I’ve been able to wear these for several hours without much worry. Overall, they do a great job of isolating you from the sound around you, especially if you get annoyed by people talking on the phone in an open office or things like that.

So yeah, I highly recommend these ProCase ear muffs. They’re affordable and comfortable. Why don’t you give them a try?
