Hey y’all, today we’re going to look at this T Tersely Galaxy Watch charger, and we’re going to compare it to the official charger for the Galaxy Watch 7. Let’s open it up. Here is the T Tersely charger, and here is the official Galaxy Watch 7 charger. Both are USB-C, but the T Tersely charger is just a little bit bigger. The official one is metal and quite heavy; the T Tersely is, I think, plastic — quite light, and the cable feels a bit flimsier. But this is $70 and this is like $15. If this works fine, I’d prefer the cheap one any day.

Okay, I have a battery pack here and what we’re going to do is plug it into a USB voltage meter. So we plug this into here, then that into here, then grab my Galaxy Watch 7 and check the voltage. It’s already supplying 5 volts at 3 amps, and if we place the watch on here it’s delivering 1.54 watts — it’ll take 39 minutes until it’s fully charged. Now let’s try the original. The official one delivers a bit more wattage, but only just a little bit, and it’s still going to take around 34 minutes. So far so good for the T Tersely charger. It does look like it charges a wee bit slower, but it’s a negligible amount.

At about 15 bucks, this makes for a great spare. You can keep the official one at home and the T Tersely one in your bag or at the office, and if you lose it or something happens to it, it’s not a big deal to replace compared to the official one. If you’re interested, I’ll put a link in the description. I’ll finish charging this watch to 100% with it right now. Okay, it’s finished, the charger isn’t overly warm, it feels perfectly normal, and my watch is now at 100%. So it was a success. I’m happy to recommend this T Tersely charger, and I might pick up yet another one just to keep around.

All right, see you — bye. I almost forgot: if you’re interested, there’s a link in the description below, and if you like these videos, like and subscribe. I post all kinds of little gadget reviews. See you in the next one, bye.
